2010 August 19 Theron introduces “Bills on Tape”
Peter Theron, Republican candidate for Wisconsin's 2nd Congressional District, introduces "Bills on Tape", a service for busy legislators who do not have time to read bills before they vote to approve them.

N.O.T.E.S).” Theron is taping citizens reading sections of the health-care bill and posting these videos on his website, TheronForCongress.com.
